We live in Spokane, WA and he was great with communicating via email months prior to the wedding. He then checked in with us a few days before our arrival in town to arrange a time to meet with him at the shop so we could finalize the details. Jeff remembered what we wanted and offered ideas that fit in perfectly with our vision for our wedding. Not only is Jeff an AMAZING artist in floral design - he is also so kind. He took time out of his busy day to make restaurant suggestions and even wrote them all down for us. We picked the flowers up at the appointed time and they were PERFECT. Absolutely gorgeous. PLUS - the shop is a wonderful place to find great, quality gifts to take home. Thank you again Jeff for helping us create such a beautiful day!
